Selected apartment, hotel, and guesthouse renovations that create sustainable spatial identities for different operational models. We work alongside developers to harmonize asset value with experiential emotions, forming a unified narrative from urban facades to interior furnishings.
Projects in Progress
Interdisciplinary workshops, construction sites, and client co-creation sessions alternate in real-time, injecting new rhythms into urban renewal and high-end residences. We move fluidly between Tokyo, Osaka, and Shenzhen, building a complete collaborative network from design to opening.
